A company with a long-term goal or vision is more likely to have a higher
percentage of satisfied employees than a company that does not.
A company can’t survive without a stable employee base. By virtue of a
vision [not sure what this first part means] being long-term in nature,
companies who strive to realize visions must also provide job satisfaction
for their employees.
Management must communicate the company’s vision to employees in a way that
excites them and promotes a sense of ownership in the company.
