Mail-Merge is beneficial in creating a more personalized survey invite. In
contrast with simply using default settings, adding a recipient’s first name
or other personal information will make for a meaningful introduction to
your survey initiative. It will also add greatly to the chances that a
person will proceed to complete your survey (i.e. increased response rate).
