Ensure Quality and Error-Free Invites
Before sending our invites, it is a best practice to review them. Zarca
makes this easier than ever with Test Invites. This feature allows survey
administrators and users to view the invite as recipients will before
distributing them.
Sending out test invites limits spelling and grammar mistakes, allows users
to edit answer options (which are not editable post-distribution) and allows
users to avoid costly and time-consuming “work-around” solutions.
Remember, every survey your organization launches is a public relations
opportunity, but it can be a threat if invites contain mistakes or
confidential information. Be sure to use this feature to limit public
relations disasters.
