Sexual harassment, whether mild unwelcome attention and annoyances, or
blatant unwarranted touching and foul language, is not acceptable in any
form. Employees are less satisfied in an environment where this type of
behavior is present.
Sexual harassment is a form of illegal discrimination and has no place in
the work environment. Managers should keep an open-dialogue with employees
to stay abreast of what happens during the day-to-day at the office.
