Survey Design: Frequently-Used Participant and Answer Lists
List Manager
This feature allows for the Survey Administrator to store lists of
participant email addresses that can be quickly accessed when deploying
online surveys.
List Manager also offers the use of the “Mail Merge” feature to include the
known information about participants in a survey invitation.
This feature is effective in managing groups that are surveyed frequently,
as well as to generate unique IDs to be used for offline invites.
It is also an efficient way to customize the invitations for online surveys
using a variety of attributes such as first name, last name, company name,
etc.

Custom Answer Lists
This feature allows the Survey Administrator to create lists of pre-set
answers that are commonly used in survey questions.
Rather than entering each possible answer that you want to include in a
drop-down menu, simply build your own list and upload them directly into
survey questions.
You can use some of our lists already included in the system, such as
countries, U.S. states, occupation, language, industry, etc., or you can
build your own, giving you the dexterity to design a survey with answers
tailored to your participants.
