Increase Response Rates: Survey Look and Feel
It can be easy to forget about the aesthetics of your invites because you
are so wrapped up in tailoring your message, personalizing with Mail Merge,
or including key features like opt-out to increase response rates of
surveys.
However, subconsciously, the first thing anyone notices about a survey are
the colors, spacing, and overall look and feel, so it’s important not to
forget to make it look appealing. If someone doesn’t like the color scheme
or font type in your survey, they may decline to participate based solely on
their superficial rating.
Therefore, to provide for high response rates from a visual standpoint,
Survey Administrators should always be concerned with how their survey
looks.
