Interactive Training

Because Zarca is a do-it-yourself solution, we offer a comprehensive four-part training curriculum that instructs users on the basics as well as the finer nuances of the Zarca system. Training is an unlimited service provided to all Zarca clients. No matter the number of users at your organization, we train them all!

Part I: Crawl to Create
Part II: Walk to Customize
Part III: Run to Launch
Part IV: Regroup to Report

Part I: Crawl to Create (Duration: Approx. 1 hour) - This first training session is designed to teach users the basics of the Zarca system. This training session covers the following material:
  • Accessing the account
  • Understanding accounts (account administrators vs. sub-account users)
  • Creating new surveys
  • Understanding the three different types of surveys and how they are used
  • Adding questions
  • Customizing fonts, colors, and overall survey aesthetic
  • Customizing the email message to invite participation
  • Launching test invitations
  • Distributing survey invitations
  • Retrieving response data
Part II: Walk to Customize (Duration: Approx. 25 min.) – The second training session teaches users how to customize their surveys and cater their initiatives to potential respondents. This session covers the following material:
  • Piping
  • Branching
  • Intelligent Looping
Part III: Run to Launch (Duration: Approx. 35 min.) – The third training session helps users understand the Distribution Manager section of the system. This session covers the following material:
  • Advanced customization
  • Utilizing the List Manager
  • Mail merge
  • Understanding opt-outs
  • Dissecting the Distribution Report
Part IV: Regroup to Report (Duration: Approx. 50 min.) – The fourth and final training session teaches users about the Report Manager tab. The training session covers the following material:
  • Accessing, understanding, and generating each of Zarca’s 11 reports
  • Customizing reports
  • Exporting reports to MS Word, Excel, and other applications
  • Saving reports for future use
  • Emailing reports to others to share data
