benefits, consider deploying a Member Services/Benefits-specific survey.
Does your nonprofit have a section 125 plan that allows employees to pick
and choose the benefits they wish to have? What are your compensation
practices and how do employees rate them? Do members think your insurance
and retirement benefits are competitive? Do members think your time-off
practices are sufficient?
To gain insight and quantify these sorts of questions, nonprofits must
gather reliable perceptional data from their stakeholders and run various
reports to uncover correlations in the survey data.
