Survey Distribution: Best Mode for Customers
Inviting customers to participate in your survey needs to be in the best
mode, or means possible. Traditionally, surveys could be paper-based, via
telephone (CATI), face-to-face, or through regular mail.
Most people today would agree that deploying your surveys online is the most
convenient mode to administer surveys.
However, there are some customers whose email addresses you may not have.
Likewise, some customers may be guarded about giving out personal

consider alternatives to their survey mode strategy.

printed on your mailing labels. When people receive their invites through
the mail they can still participate in the survey by going to the survey’s
web address and entering their unique key.
