Survey Participation: Identify Who Is Involved

Recognizing who your survey participants are has several facets. Who will be creating the surveys? Who will be deploying them? Who are the respondents to the surveys? Who will be analyzing the data?

Sometimes it will be one person creating, deploying, and analyzing surveys, and other times it will include multiple individuals. This all depends on aspects of the company such as department size, specialized knowledge of employees, and standard operating procedures.
